It can be difficult to see the patterns when we’re living inside of them.


I believe there is power in being witnessed—in having someone alongside us, without judgment, as we make space for what is difficult to see, name, or hold on our own.

As a therapist, I meet difficult emotions and experiences with grace, curiosity, and radical compassion.

When we shift from trying to fix who we are to understanding, we are met with liberation - a freedom to love ourselves and others in a way that is authentic and knowing.

My therapy approach is trauma-informed, relational, spiritual, and depth oriented. I strive to support clients in deepening emotional awareness, understanding patterns, and healing from complex experiences.


While therapy and astrology are distinct practices, both reflect my belief that there is value in slowing down, becoming curious about our patterns, and making space for a fuller understanding of ourselves.

As an astrologer, I am drawn to the way symbols, archetypes, and the elements support us in shaping meaning into our lives.

Whether we’re working through therapy or exploring a natal chart, I’m less interested in telling you who you are than in supporting you in becoming reacquainted with yourself.

There is room here to be messy and fully human.

We will hold the uncertainty together as you reconnect to the parts of yourself that have been calling to you.
