Therapy
reimagined.

I offer individual therapy, life coaching, and natal birth chart consultations.

I bring 15 years of experience supporting clients across diverse settings, including colleges and universities, group private practice, correctional institutions, and intensive outpatient programs.

My practice centers trauma-informed, relational, spiritual, and in-depth psychology, supporting clients in deepening emotional awareness, understanding patterns, and healing from complex experiences.

While traditional psychotherapy is at the heart of my work, I also offer astrology as an optional tool for those who are interested. Exploring a birth chart alongside therapy can provide fresh insight into unconscious dynamics, highlight growth opportunities, and illuminate deeper life meaning.

I am dedicated to creating space with my clients that is grounded in radical compassion and curiosity—where they can take emotional risks, strengthen trust in themselves, unlock creative potential, and move toward a more liberated inner life that evokes joy, wisdom, and unconditional love.

Therapeutic Frameworks

Psychodynamic

Trauma-informed, in-depth psychodynamic therapy explores how early experiences and relational wounds shape present patterns, emotions, and beliefs. With an emphasis on nervous system awareness, we move at a pace that honors your history while gently uncovering unconscious dynamics. The goal is not just symptom relief, but deeper integration, awareness, internal and external alignment, and lasting change.

Spiritually Informed

Spiritually informed therapy may include exploration of meaning, belief systems, and sources of connection. I define spirituality as the awareness of our internal nature and the developed connection we create outside of ourselves. Spiritual therapy can be supported by a client’s already established religious beliefs and/or a desire to define more clearly what belief systems you would like to cultivate for your life.

Relational-Cultural

Relational–Cultural Therapy is a trauma-informed, relational approach that understands growth and healing as happening through connection rather than isolation. It explores how early relationships shape our sense of self and patterns of relating. In this work, the therapeutic relationship itself is an active tool for healing—offering a space to be fully human, to reduce shame and support authentic self-expression.
